Is the answer really this simple?

Sometimes I don’t feel like running.  When my mind is too busy with everyday stuff and I feel a bit lost.

Then suddenly I find myself running and my mind becomes still and clear.

I then ask myself:  is this maybe why I run?

    When I don’t feel like running I throw on my mp3 and just do it…and within 5 minutes I am so glad I did!

    I feel the same way! But once I start running, all the stress and worries of the day start to melt away, and I think that’s why I run. Its my form of therapy and I love it! =)

    I run so that I stop thinking. I am a worrywart by nature and when I run I focus on my form, breathing and taking in the scenery. It allows me to release the tension and clear my mind. I remind myself of that when I don’t feel like running. : )
